Who We Are
Pegasus Supply Chain Corp is not a traditional trading house. We are a specialised intermediary that operates at the intersection of two distinct but complementary activities: procurement and logistics support for mining operators, and sales agency representation for equipment manufacturers seeking to grow their presence in Latin American mining markets.
We are headquartered in Panama City, Republic of Panamá â a deliberate choice. Panama sits at the geographic and commercial centre of the Americas, offering unmatched logistics connectivity through the Canal, duty-free trade infrastructure through the Colón Free Zone, and a dollarised, politically stable environment that makes it the ideal base for a regional mining supply chain business.
Our model is built on a simple conviction: that the mining industry in Latin America is underserved by supply chain partners who truly understand both the operational realities of remote mine site procurement and the commercial requirements of international equipment manufacturers entering the region.
Our Team
Pegasus is built on a team that combines deep mining procurement expertise, regional commercial capability, and disciplined operational and administrative support â giving our principals and customers a professional, responsive partner at every level.
Over 20 years of mining supply chain and procurement experience across Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America. Leads all commercial strategy, principal relationships, and business development for Pegasus in the LATAM region.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) sales professionals focused on building relationships with mining operators and equipment manufacturers across Panama, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador. Manages vendor registrations, RFQ responses, quotations, and ongoing account development.
Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of Pegasus â overseeing logistics coordination, supplier fulfilment, order tracking, and CFZ inventory management. Ensures that commercial commitments made by the sales team are executed with precision and reliability.
Manages corporate documentation, contract administration, correspondence, and executive support across the Pegasus business. Handles vendor qualification paperwork, agency agreement administration, and company registration requirements in Panama and the region.
Manages invoicing, commission tracking, financial reporting, and accounts payable and receivable across all Pegasus transactions. Ensures accurate and timely reporting to principals on sales performance and inventory movements in line with agency agreement terms.
As our principal portfolio and regional footprint grows, so does the Pegasus team. We are committed to building local capability in key markets across Latin America.

Our Heritage
Pegasus's commercial credibility is rooted in more than two decades of hands-on supply chain and procurement experience across some of the world's most operationally demanding mining environments in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Our leadership team has worked at the coal face of large-scale open-pit and underground mining operations across Sub-Saharan Africa â managing critical spares procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor relationships, and supply chain logistics under real operational pressure.
This experience gives Pegasus something that cannot be manufactured: a genuine understanding of what mining procurement teams need from their suppliers, how purchasing decisions are made at mine site level, and what it takes for an equipment manufacturer to be taken seriously as a long-term supply partner.
We have sat on both sides of the procurement table â which means we know how to represent manufacturers in a way that resonates with buyers, and how to source for operators in a way that delivers real value. That dual perspective is the foundation of the Pegasus model.
Pegasus holds existing vendor registrations with First Quantum Minerals and is actively preparing for the anticipated restart of Cobre Panama â one of the largest copper mines in the western hemisphere, with an annual production capacity of 320,000 tonnes.
The period ahead of a major mine restart is the most valuable time to establish supplier relationships and position inventory. Vendors who are registered, qualified, and have stock in-region win the first orders â and first orders become long-term supply agreements.
Pegasus has existing familiarity with First Quantum Minerals' procurement processes and is well positioned to support manufacturers in navigating vendor qualification requirements ahead of the anticipated restart.
